Your content

You keep all rights to the GIFs, videos and recordings you work with. Your files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us, so we do not claim any rights over them.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use, edit and share the content you load into the tools.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the website to create or share content that is illegal, harmful, hateful or that infringes the rights of others. You also agree not to record screens, people or private information without the permission you need.

You agree not to attack, overload, copy or reverse engineer the website, or to try to gain access to anything you are not meant to access.

Availability

We work to keep the website available, but we do not promise that it will always be online, error free or work in every browser or device. Large files may be slow or fail on devices with limited memory.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, GIFEditor Pro is not liable for any loss of data, files or profits, or for any indirect or consequential damage, that results from using or not being able to use the website. Always keep a copy of your original files.
